A driven Project/Product Manager to take ownership of three very different directions. This role is for someone who can juggle multiple contexts at once, isn’t afraid of technical terms, and knows how to stay “on the same wavelength” with developers — translating their language into clear business results.
Maintenance (Current WP): Managing the team working on the current WordPress site. The focus is stability and fast resolution of requests while we prepare the “rocket” replacement.
Migration (New Stack): Coordinating the transition to a modern stack (Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL). You won’t need to write code, but you must understand the development stage to synchronize frontend, backend, and QA.
AI Platform: Driving the development of an AI platform for comic generation.
Planning & Delivery: Create clear migration and development plans, control deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
Task Creation: Write Jira tickets with business value.
Communication: Act as the bridge between development and business. Understand technical challenges (ISR, databases) and translate them into product decisions.
Meetings: Organize and run meetings with clear agendas and action items. Lead daily stand‑ups.
Analysis: Evaluate feature implementation and outcomes based on data (e.g., A/B test results).
Product Vision: Focus on business needs first — clarity on what and why, not processes for the sake of processes.
Resource Management: Balance team workloads, assign growth tasks, and optimize efficiency.
Competitor Analysis: Research competitors’ solutions end‑to‑end, from idea to execution.
1–2 years of IT project management experience (web services required).
Tech Literacy: You know what API, frontend, backend, and databases are. You quickly grasp technical context and can hold a conversation with senior developers.
Multitasking: Ability to switch between WordPress fixes, migration architecture, and AI creativity.
Product Mindset: You think beyond Jira tickets — focusing on user value from new systems or AI features.
Product/Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of business metrics (CAC, CPC, LTV, ARPU, etc.) to align with managers and C‑level.
Soft Skills: High empathy, negotiation skills, and conflict resolution.
Business Thinking: Analytical and critical mindset to separate “nice‑to‑haves” from essential needs.
Migration Project Stack (for context):
Architecture: NestJS, Next.js (ISR), Drizzle ORM, PostgreSQL.
Infrastructure: AWS + Cloudflare.
Tools: Redis, Meilisearch, Tolgee.
Opportunity to lead a major migration to a top‑tier stack and a unique AI platform.
Fast growth and skill development alongside experienced professionals.
Work with cutting‑edge AI technologies — the hottest field on the market.
Flexibility in decision‑making and minimal bureaucracy.
Comfortable schedule, transparent processes, and a supportive team.
Full‑time remote work.
Salary aligned with your experience and expectations.
Freedom to implement your own ideas.
Paid vacation and probation period.
