We are looking for someone who will help us identify optimization opportunities, automate routine processes using modern AI tools, and implement technologies that truly improve daily workflows.
- Practical experience implementing AI or no‑code automation in real business processes.
- Experience training models on custom datasets.
- Familiarity with LLM, SD, Checkpoints, Lora.
- Passion for technology, curiosity, and desire to grow in AI automation.
- Experience with REST API, WebSocket, GraphQL.
- Experience developing parsers and scrapers.
- Experience working with AI agents, MCP.
- Responsible and deadline‑oriented professional.
- Communicative and open to collaboration with different teams.
- Someone who formulates clear technical tasks and isn’t afraid to ask questions or suggest improvements.
- Independent, proactive, and adaptable — able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- English proficiency sufficient for working with interfaces, documentation, and instructions.
- Work with the company’s key areas, identifying points for improvement and automation.
- Analyze internal processes and build effective AI solutions to reduce manual work.
- Implement automation systems — from idea to launch and team training.
- Use modern AI and no‑code tools (GPT, Claude, n8n, Make, Zapier, etc. — no worries if some are new to you, we’ll teach!).
- Suggest ideas, quickly test hypotheses, and deliver solutions together with the team.
- Make complex things simple: create clear instructions and help colleagues easily adapt to new tools.
- Share your knowledge, findings, and hacks to make the whole team more efficient.
