- 2–5 years’ experience as a finance professional, financial analyst or internal auditor.
- Experience working with complex bonus structures and payroll statements.
- Experience working with IT companies, start-ups or digital projects is essential.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a systematic approach.
- Experience in preparing financial models, budgets and reports.
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
- High level of responsibility and independence.
- Payroll administration: Managing payroll records and accurately calculating complex bonus structures for staff.
- Profitability analytics: Calculating and conducting in-depth analysis of profitability (ROI, Profit) broken down by individual business areas, teams and specific specialists.
- Budgeting and modelling: Building financial models and planning budgets for operational, marketing and infrastructure needs.
- Management reporting: Preparing regular financial reports and analytics for operational management.
- Cost control: Rigorous financial monitoring of expenditure (websites, link building, tool subscriptions, etc.) within approved budget limits.
- Intercompany settlements: Accounting for and monitoring financial transactions with key counterparties, partner networks and contractors.
- Opportunity to influence the strategy of several IT projects.
