We are looking for an experienced Head of Linkbuilding who will be able to increase the efficiency and scale of the linkbuilding department. In this role, you will be responsible for the fast, high-quality and systematic execution of all tasks, process optimization and implementation of modern tools to achieve ambitious results.

Closing requests from the SEO department

Ensuring the fulfillment of all requests from the SEO department in terms of volume, quality and deadlines.
Finding optimal solutions for completing tasks: internal resources, contractors or services.
Hiring, coordinating and scaling a team of specialists.
Evaluating the effectiveness of tools and contractors.
Constant optimization of ways to achieve the department's goals.

Department process management

Control and distribution of operational processes in the linkbuilding department
Building a transparent task execution structure
Ensuring fast and high-quality completion of all linkbuilding flows
Implementation of work standards and quality control systems

Organization and development of workflows

Coordination of outreach processes
Organization of mass link placement processes
Management of workflow with priority pages
Ensuring stable execution of all directions without slowdowns

Initiation and development of tools

Act as a customer for internal service development
Formulate requirements for process automation
Increase transparency and measurability of the department's work
Search for technological solutions to speed up task execution

Scaling and finding effective solutions

Quickly respond to changes in the environment or requirements
Generate ideas to improve performance
Develop donor and resource databases
Work with stop lists and filtering systems
Expand domain presence (local directories, registrations, etc.)
