Who we are looking for: The future right hand of the Head of SEO — someone who will be his support and driver in daily tasks.
- 1–2 years of commercial SEO experience (Strong Junior/Middle level).
- Practice in highly competitive niches: iGaming, virtual entertainment, crypto, dating, or similar is a plus.
- Deep experience with content: semantics, briefs, editing; large-scale AI content with quality control.
- Strong background in link building: outreach, purchasing, directories; understanding of PBN, GSA tools, and risks.
- Technical skills: CMS, basic HTML/CSS/JS, redirects, canonical, hreflang, Core Web Vitals.
- Proficiency with key tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog/Netpeak Spider, Looker Studio.
- Ability to work with multiple sites with different risk profiles and quickly scale links.
- Freeing up the SEO Lead’s time: attending meetings so he doesn’t drown in routine.
- Searching for new brands and growth opportunities.
- Analyzing, digging deeper, and bringing insights.
- Working with different types of websites.
- Tracking key metrics, forming hypotheses → launching tests → rolling out and ensuring transparent reporting for the business.
- Participating in product decisions: influencing the roadmap, proposing new features and optimizations.
