1.5–2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
Experience working with technical teams
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Scrum / Kanban
Experience planning team workflows and managing delivery processes
Ability to work with capacity planning and team workload estimation
Experience preparing reports and monitoring task execution
Ability to analyze problems and identify root causes, not just handle consequences
Systems thinking and process improvement mindset
Experience coordinating teams of 8+ people
High level of self-organization and ownership
Desire to learn and grow in project management

Nice to Have

Experience in people management
Ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts
Experience building or improving internal processes
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Jira / Confluence / Google Sheets

Coordinate technical teams
Plan sprints and monitor task execution
