We are looking for:
We're not looking for a "task manager." We're looking for a Project Manager who can keep processes under control while seeing the bigger picture. Someone who doesn't wait for instructions but takes ownership, removes blockers, makes decisions, and drives the team forward.
- 1.5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience working with Jira, Worksection, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
- Strong self-organization skills and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Excellent planning and prioritization abilities.
- Proactive mindset and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus.
- Risk management skills and the ability to escalate issues in a timely manner.
- Experience with Google Sheets and reporting.
- Strong communication skills.
Nice to have:- Experience in SEO, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in the iGaming, Betting, or Gambling industries.
- Experience building and optimizing business processes.
- Knowledge of Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, or other SEO tools.
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
- Coordinate SEO teams and cross-functional departments.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely task execution.
- Identify risks and quickly eliminate blockers.
- Maintain process transparency so everyone knows what to do and when.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and report on key performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvements — you're not just executing processes, you're improving them.
