We are looking for a proactive SEO Specialist, ready to experiment, launch new projects, and implement unconventional ideas in the competitive iGaming niche. You will have maximum freedom of action — every hypothesis, proposal, or strategy will get a chance to be implemented.
- 3+ years of commercial SEO experience (Senior level).
- Practice in highly competitive niches: iGaming, virtual entertainment, crypto, dating, or similar.
- Strong experience with content: semantics, briefs, editing; large‑scale AI content with quality control.
- Solid background in link building: outreach, purchase, directories; understanding of PBN, GSA tools and risks.
- Technical skills: CMS, basic HTML/CSS/JS, redirects, canonical, hreflang, Core Web Vitals.
- Proficiency with key tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog/Netpeak Spider, Looker Studio.
- Ability to manage multiple sites with different risk profiles and quickly scale links.
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for different GEOs: semantics, technical optimization, link profiles.
- Design website structures: query clustering, internal linking, intent‑matching.
- Manage the content pipeline: task setting for writers, editing, AI scenarios with quality gates.
- Scale link building (outreach, purchase, aggregators, etc.) with clear risk management, coordinating the internal Linkbuilding team.
- Conduct deep technical audits (indexability, CWV, log analysis, crawl budget) and assign tasks to developers.
- Track key metrics, form hypotheses → launch tests → rollout and ensure transparent reporting for the business.
- Participate in product decisions: influence the roadmap, propose new features and optimizations.
