We’re looking for a Strong Junior \ Middle SEO Specialist who isn’t afraid to test hypotheses, scale what works, and own the results. Here you won’t sit on the sidelines — you’ll influence the product from research to release.
- 2–3+ years of commercial SEO (Middle level).
- Experience in highly competitive niches: iGaming/virtual entertainment, crypto, dating, or similar.
- Content skills: semantics, briefs, editing; large‑scale AI content with quality control.
- Linkbuilding: outreach, buying, directories; understanding of PBN, GSA tools and related risks.
- Technical skills: CMS, basic HTML/CSS/JS, redirects, canonical, hreflang, Core Web Vitals.
- Tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog/Netpeak Spider, Looker Studio.
- Ability to manage multiple sites with different risk profiles and scale links quickly.
- Build SEO strategies for different GEOs: semantics, technical aspects, link profiles.
- Plan website structures: query clustering, internal linking, intent‑matching.
- Manage the content pipeline: writer briefs, editing, AI scenarios with quality gates.
- Linkbuilding (outreach/purchase/aggregators, etc.) with proper risk management (assigning tasks to the internal Linkbuilding department).
- Conduct technical audits (indexability, CWV, log analysis, crawl budget) and assign tasks to developers.
- Monitor metrics, generate hypotheses → run tests → rollout, and prepare clear reporting.
