We are looking for an SEO Team Lead who not only knows how to bring sites to the top, but also is able to lead the team to success, find new opportunities for development and shape the strategic direction.

We don't "sit on the sidelines" - you influence the product from research to release.

  • 4+ years of commercial SEO experience, including highly competitive niches (iGaming, crypto, dating, entertainment).
  • Experience managing a team.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Deep content knowledge: semantics, briefs, editing; large-scale AI content with quality control.
  • Strong link building background: outreach, buying, directories; understanding of PBN, GSA tools and risks.
  • Technical skills: CMS, basic HTML/CSS/JS, redirects, canonical, hreflang, Core Web Vitals.
  • Proficiency in key tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog/Netpeak Spider, Looker Studio.
  • Ability to work with multiple sites with different risk profiles and scale links quickly.
  • Lead a team of SEO specialists: set goals, coordinate work, motivate and help grow.
  • Build comprehensive SEO strategies for different GEOs: semantics, technical optimization, link profiles.
  • Design site structure: query clustering, relinking, intent-matching.
  • Manage content pipeline: setting tasks for writers, editing, AI scenarios with quality-gate.
  • Scale link building (outreach, purchasing, aggregators, etc.) with clear risk management, coordinating the internal Linkbuilding department.
  • Conduct in-depth technical audits (indexability, CWV, log analysis, crawl budget) and set tasks for developers.
  • Monitor key metrics, form hypotheses → run tests → rollout with transparent reporting.
  • Look for new development opportunities: analyze competitors, the market and trends to find growth points.
  • Reporting to management on indicators.
  • Stable payments and clear processes without unnecessary bureaucracy.
